Obaid Nazir grew up in the breathtaking valleys of Kashmir, Pakistan, where the architecture of ancient craftsmanship met natural beauty. His counterpart, Waheed Gul, was raised in the historic streets of Kabul, Afghanistan, surrounded by centuries of architectural heritage.
Both pursued their passion at a prestigious university in Islamabad, studying civil engineering and architecture. It was here that their shared vision for creating meaningful spaces began to take shape.
Today, from their London base, they bring together their rich cultural heritage, world-class education, and local expertise to transform commercial and residential properties across the UK.
